Leadership Modules
Killoqua's Leadership Programs offer great flexibility for your group -- choose from a variety of modules that can be adapted to fit participants' needs, goals and age levels.

Energizers Introductions
Fast-paced and fun! Get to know the group with active and humorous games and activities. Available outside or indoors. 
1-2 hours / grades 4-12

Challenge Course Teambuilding
Excellent for forming new teams or for adding depth to established ones. Participants complete group challenges outside or indoors and support each member through the experience. 
2-3 hours / grades 5-12

High Ropes Challenge Teambuilding / Self-awareness
Gear up and climb into the trees for a series of elements up to 50 feet in the air. This invigorating activity pushes participants to face inhibitions and experience success. Can be facilitated as both an individual and team challenge. Challenge course required first.
2-3 hours / grades 7-12

True Colors™ Self-awareness
An easy and exciting way to know more about yourself and others - and used by companies such as Disney and Microsoft! Our True Colors™ Certified Facilitator will guide your group to identify participants' core values, strengths and needs. A stand-alone module or a foundation for others.
