Discovery
Club Member
Camp Fire USA is all about progression in its activities,
and Discovery Clubs let you branch out in all kinds of new directions. Members have a big role in deciding what they want
to do as a club. You can choose activities like exploring your community, working with
younger kids, hosting an event, earning Camp Fire honors, doing service projects, making
ceremonial attire, and more. Youll also develop important skills as a peer leader as
your group works together. If you like working with the same close-knit group of
peers,
Discovery could be just the right program for you!
Ages: Grades 6-8.
Timewise: Generally 2-3
meetings or events each month.

happen. You decide how often you meet, what those meetings are like, and what activities
your club chooses. Want to travel? Plan a trip. Like being a leader? Find ways to coach
younger kids. Need some down time? Come up with fun recreational activities your group can
do together. You can also take part in classic Camp Fire USA activities, like completing
ceremonial attire, leading a council
